Refund & Cancellation Policy

A Refund & Cancellation Policy will be executed when the Fault is from our technical team while they are performing your work like they have don’t sufficient knowledge about gem, but refund or package cancelation is not accept by company if some error caused by gem either client don’t have sufficient documentation for their process in that case Xpresstenders or Orical Technology LLP is not responsible.

Terms of Refund :

1. Refund will be carried out on the basis of the particular work or event done regarding your package.

2. e.g. if one took the package of 50 products uploading and 30 were uploaded the payment of remaining will be refunded. Reason for Refund : Client must provide valid reason or proof for it's inconvenience caused by our side while carrying out his/her services.

NOTE : In the event of cancellation of any paid consultation for which payment has been successfully made, the cancellation request will be considered only if the request is made within 6 working days of service availing.
